Job Description:

JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B team at the Citrique Restaurant on a part time basis. You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home. When you work with us, you'll get to entertain and meet people from all over the world as you build your experience. Job Responsibility:

Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
Warmly welcome & serve our guests
Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
Use of POS system
Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
Promoting safety and support WHS practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Barista skills advantageous
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
