Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, bar, and service areas
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak times
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including food, beverages, and wine offerings
Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations
Support with special events, functions, and large bookings when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
