Garum is a sophisticated, casual and authentic Grossi restaurant bringing ancient Roman-inspired cooking to Perth. The role involves working in a high-quality restaurant setting, ensuring professional service and contributing to a unique dining experience. Job Responsibility:

Looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience
Executing Guy Grossi menu

Requirements:

Previous experience in waiter positions
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Enjoy looking after guests in a section and ensuring a great dining experience
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including breakfasts and dinners including weekends and holiday periods
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
