Job Description:

The Westin Perth is a rejuvenating haven with luxury accommodation and 5-star amenities. This role is part of the proactive and dedicated Food & Beverage team, serving in the Executive Lounge. Applicants should have flexibility for shifts and a genuine passion for hospitality. Benefits include discounts, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide excellent dining experiences
Assist with the execution of 5* service
Look after guests and ensure a great dining experience is provided
Assist other venues when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
Barista experience beneficial
Communicative and Professional level of English
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
Australian working rights
Be willing to assist other venue when required
