Job Description:

Food & Beverage Attendant position at Sheraton Hanoi West, responsible for maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service as part of the Marriott International family.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Read and visually verify information in various formats

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
