Garum, is a sophisticated casual and authentic Grossi restaurant. The Grossi family is a genuine family of restaurateurs with a generational commitment to the industry and its people. Garum is seeking creative people with a passion to develop and grow within the exciting hospitality world under the guidance and influence of Grossi and The Westin. Using the inspiration of ancient Rome to explore cooking techniques, traditions and culture and executed with a contemporary edge, Garum will bring a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill waiting roles to assist with the execution of Guy Grossi menu. Our menu is fun, thoughtful and, most importantly, delicious. This is a dynamic and challenging role with plenty of career development opportunities. The restaurant seats 130 guests and the service is high quality and professional, a perfect extension of the Grossi brand who is renowned for exceptional service across all of its venues. You will receive expert training and excellent work conditions.
