Job Description:

Food & Beverage Service Expert - Event Operations (Part Time & Casual Role). Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill various roles to assist with the execution of 5* service.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
  • Barista experience highly regarded
  • High tea service experience highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
