Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting the in the general daily Food service of food and beverage in the restaurants
  • Working to the required service standards as per SOPs within the daily service operations of the restaurant and brasserie
  • Upholding the levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the brasserie and restaurant on a daily basis
  • Arriving at your place of work in a neat and presentable state so as to uphold the standards required
  • Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisors in setting and keeping operations standards in the brasserie and restaurant at a consistently high level whilst on duty
  • Liaising with guests in a friendly and professional manner so as to make them feel welcome at all times and to provide the best and most attentive service to all guests at all times
  • Your areas of work during your shift will include service of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in the brasserie or restaurant and any events throughout the hotel and/or grounds
  • Complying with any other reasonable request made by the Food and Beverage Manager or Supervisors or other senior members of staff in the course of your shift.

Requirements:

  • The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests
