Job Description

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Food & Beverage Assistant at Cally Palace Hotel & Golf Course. Cally Palace Hotel is situated in Gatehouse of Fleet, 14 miles west of Castle Douglas.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring designated areas are cleaned to Company standards
  • helping control costs through ordering stock and minimising waste
  • dealing with reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner
  • striving to anticipate customer needs to enhance customer satisfaction
  • maintaining all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards

Requirements

  • At least a year’s experience in a similar position
  • ability to deliver great service to our guests
  • passionate about hospitality
  • reliable
  • willing to learn
