Job Description:

IKEA Belfast are looking to welcome co-workers to join various teams in our hardworking IKEA Food Department. Our Kitchen Production Team handle, prepare and serve meals to our customers and co-workers. Our Restaurant team ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience by clearing tables, operating the dishwasher and serving meals. Our Bistro & Swedish Food Market Team serve our customers a quick snack to go before they leave or support them in buying some of our fantastic food products to make at home.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food
Work behind the scenes to prepare food
Take payment at tills
Clean work area
Operate the industrial dishwasher
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment
Support colleagues and create a positive work environment
Contribute to a proud team

Requirements:

Prior Fast-Food experience is a plus
Experience in food preparation and adherence to food safety and regulations
Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
Be Self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy
Passionate and friendly with a roll up your sleeve mindset to work alongside the team and delivery a great customer experience
Must be over the age of 18 due to Health & Safety regulations
