Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting up tables and event spaces
  • greeting and serving guests
  • delivering food and drinks promptly
  • maintaining well-stocked bar areas
  • upselling offerings
  • clearing and cleaning tables
  • ensuring money handling procedures are followed
  • flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas including full bar and Barista duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable
  • Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable
  • An excellent standard of presentation is essential
