Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

• Supports the Restaurant General Manager in leading Evelyn’s Restaurant
• Ensures that every dining experience reflects the relaxed sophistication and coastal elegance of our property
• Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Providing hands-on leadership to the service team
• Anticipating guest needs
• Ensuring consistent delivery of Four Seasons’ world-renowned service standards
• Inspire a team in creating memorable moments

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to provide leadership guidance and support for a dynamic team
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job
• Knowledge of Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred/is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
• Excellent written/verbal presentation skills
• Reading, oral and written proficiency in the English language
• Superior sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be on his/her feet
• engaged in the daily operation
• US work authorization is required

Knowledge of Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite
