Phone Architect TM will have the responsibility of the production of the store. Primary is task is preparing food. TM will be trained in detailed to how work the makeline & oven . Know how to stretch sauce & cheese pizzas correctly. Correctly make an order complete build. Correctly read job aids. TM is also responsibility for loading product in the ovens correctly & under a 2 minute make time. TM will be trained in detail how to correctly oven trend. How to correctly package product in the right boxes & properly prepare post cook items. TM will also need to knowhow to assist customer
