Deliver a five-star standard service to guests and ensure the delivering of the highest levels of guest experience, providing warm hospitality and impeccable service at Langdale Chase Hotel.
Job Responsibility:
Providing a high level of warm and knowledgeable hospitality at all times to all guests
Ensuring the implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and high levels of product quality throughout the food service period
Working closely with the kitchen team throughout the food service regarding menu items, speciality menus and special requests
Preparation of the department including laying tables, vacuuming carpets, sweeping floors, polishing cutlery, preparing condiments and garnishes, and preparing coffee
Ensuring the department is set and closed down as per service requirements
Providing effective communication with the reception and reservation teams, ensuring guest requirements are met
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Ideally worked in a high quality Four-Star or Five-Star hotel, or fine dining restaurant
Genuine passion for the food and drink industry
Exemplary guest service skills
Good interpersonal skills
Warm and friendly
Ability to work well with others
Strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task whilst working in a busy and pressurised environment
