Food and Beverage Team Leader role at the Solent Hotel & Spa, a busy four-star hotel. A hands-on role responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Service Manager in delivering high guest experience across restaurant, bar, conference and events.
Job Responsibility:
supporting the Food and Beverage Service Manager with the effective operation of all Food and Beverage areas
delivering the highest levels of guest experience
hosting to the highest calibre
ensuring team members maintain a high level of hospitality
ensuring implementation of high standards of food and beverage service and product quality
managing the Food & Beverage team members
working closely with the kitchen team
on-going training and development of the Food & Beverage team
Requirements:
