Job Description

We are after an experienced Food & Beverage superstar looking at moving to the next level. Joining a dynamic, vibrant and customer focused team you will provide and maintain a high standard of service while ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated person with great customer service skills, bartender and food preparation experience to join the team as a Food & Beverage Team Leader. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will ensure our customers guests have a memorable dining experience. The position will be required to work both front of house and in the kitchen to assist the operation to deliver on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends, mornings and evenings
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment
  • Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge
  • Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirement

  • Communicate information to manager/supervisor by documenting pertinent information in appropriate department
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
