Job Responsibility

Complete orders placed by casino waiting staff promptly and efficiently
Ensure sufficient supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils

Rectify customer complaints and deal with guest queries
Assist management in team appraisals, service reviews and training
Make recommendations to improve guest satisfaction
Assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering, stock taking, timekeeping, restaurant bookings
