Job Responsibility

Execute advanced supervisory leadership including strategic scheduling optimization, payroll management, inventory intelligence, procurement excellence, and comprehensive team member development through performance coaching and mentoring
Partner with Cleanliness & Facilities teams to ensure lodges and plazas maintain pristine presentation standards that reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence
Master inventory management and procurement strategies, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and maximizing operational efficiency
Drive proactive cost management and labor optimization by analyzing daily business metrics and implementing strategic adjustments that maximize profitability
Demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing complex guest relations and team dynamics during high-pressure situations with composure and strategic problem-solving
