Job Responsibility:
Report directly to the Complex Manager
Ensure smooth operation of all food and beverage services
Oversee daily operations
Maintain stock levels
Ensure health and safety and food safety regulations are adhered to
Keep the complex looking its best and fully compliant with food safety standards
Lead in giving guests a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met
Work with the Complex Manager to manage labour costs efficiently
Use ordering systems effectively to keep all areas stocked
Manage cash and payment systems
Manage safety in your area and on park through safety culture app
Stay on top of food and beverage stock levels to ensure accuracy and maintain strong profit margins
Partner with the Complex Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
Requirements:
Experience in stock control
Experience managing GP
Customer service experience
Cash handling experience
Key holding experience
Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certification
COSHH training
First Aid at Work certification
