Job Description

As a F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the service within your assigned area, ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects the highest standards of quality and hospitality. You will actively support the daily operations, assist in coordinating the team, and lead by example through a hands-on approach. Your role is key in maintaining smooth service flow, ensuring attention to detail, and fostering a positive and professional environment for both guests and colleagues.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and support the service team during daily operations in your assigned area, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Deliver personalized and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing team tasks to maintain a smooth workflow and consistent service standards
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to colleagues on service techniques, presentation, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure proper timing and coordination of service
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, resolving any issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Monitor the setup, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the service area before, during, and after service
  • Assist in controlling inventory, supplies, and equipment relevant to the outlet’s operations
  • Support the management team in implementing service improvements and maintaining brand standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a senior waiter or section leader role
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to lead by example
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Guest-focused mindset and ability to deliver intuitive, anticipatory service
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
  • Knowledge of service techniques, menu items, and operational procedures
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High level of spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Candidates must hold a valid work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
  • Work Experience: 2 Years
  • Degree: Professional / Technician
  • Languages: Spanish / English
  • Language Ability: High
