Are you ready to take the next step in your Food and Beverage career? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team at our busy Hotel. Located just outside of the fashionable town of Knutsford, Cottons Hotel & Spa is an established hotel offering award winning spa and gym facilities, business facilities, comfy bedrooms and a locally sourced menu. With so much going on, no two days are ever the same at Cottons. Owned by Daniel Thwaites with a good network of nearby commuting towns, Cottons Hotel & Spa is perfect for someone looking for a supportive work environment in a busy hospitality venue, surrounded by the lush green Cheshire plains.

Job Responsibility

  • Serving food and drink and providing memorable experiences for guests
  • Being the first point of call for any guest queries
  • Supervising a shift ensuring guests receive high standards of service and want to return
  • Supporting and motivating the team
  • Host and run events, conferences and weddings and be the point of customer liaison where necessary

Requirements

  • Proactive
  • Ensuring smooth running of day to day operation
  • Hands on role, comfortable getting involved with service
  • Previous experience of working within a busy food operation
  • Supervisory experience desirable
  • Flexible with times you can work
