Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Perform opening and closing duties including setup of supplies and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout service hours
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, guest safety, and overall experience
• Support management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• Motivate and coach team members
• Design, coordinate, and deliver F&B-related training
• Manage rosters, event paperwork, and operational reporting
• Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels, restaurants, or events
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Hospitality graduate preferred
