Job Description:

Ensure staff teamwork and optimum service; Supervise opening, closing, and other operational tasks; Assist in employee management processes; Monitor guest satisfaction and adhere to safety protocols; Maintain cleanliness and organization; Develop and maintain a positive work environment

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
Complete inventories and requisition supplies
Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, and safety
Complete work orders for repairs
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
Serve as a role model and point of contact
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
