Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Guest Engagement: You will lead a team of enthusiastic and approachable individuals, inspiring them to provide outstanding service with a smile
• Supervision and Training: You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and adjacent areas, guiding and mentoring the F&B team to deliver extraordinary service
• Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with various inhouse teams, including kitchen, reception, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Compliance: In line with legislation and the hotels policies and procedures, you will understand, implement and deliver the highest standards of legal compliance to your team with regards to food safety, food hygiene and food allergens

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry would be advantageous but is not essential
• Have a postive "can do" attitude and show a desire to guide this thorughout the team
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
