Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure seamless service delivery by fostering strong teamwork among staff to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Oversee staff grooming and attire to ensure professional standards are maintained
  • Complete opening and closing responsibilities such as setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing facilities
  • Inspect storage areas to ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and adherence to FIFO practices
  • Complete scheduled inventory counts, requisitioning supplies as needed
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service flow, safety, and guest well-being
  • Submit work orders to address maintenance and repair needs promptly

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
