Supervise daily food and beverage operations
Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners
Ensure excellent customer service and Member satisfaction
Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
Assist with shift coordination when necessary
Help coach new employees on company procedures and service expectations

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
