Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, buzzing and friendly F&B Supervisor who has a passion for food & beverage to join our team. Working in a casino like ours is an experience of a lifetime. This is your chance to really make an impact with your career understanding hospitality standards in our casino environment and most of all, representing our renowned service.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete orders placed by casino waiting staff promptly, efficiently and to required standard
  • Ensure sufficient supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils
  • Use all equipment correctly and keep work area clean and tidy
  • Provide outstanding customer service and guest relations
  • Rectify any customer complaints or deal with guest queries
  • Assist management team in completing team appraisals, service reviews and training
  • Make recommendations to management on aspects of Club to improve guest satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering, stock taking, managing timekeeping, managing restaurant bookings and enquiries

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or above
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends, and shifts
  • Ability to spend large portion of shift on feet working with the public
