Requirements
Proven experience in a premium or luxury bar, lounge, or restaurant operation, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment
Genuine passion for personalised guest service
Deep knowledge of wine, champagne, beverage operations, stock control, revenue reconciliation, and POS systems
Flexible and dependable, embracing a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Current RSA certificate
