Working closely with our talented Food and Beverage team, you will curate flawless service experiences, ensuring service flow, menu execution and presentation are executed to the highest standard. Beyond the guest experience, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of our Champagne Bar, driving performance through effective team development, engagement, revenue control and stock management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a premium or luxury bar, lounge, or restaurant operation, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment
  • Genuine passion for personalised guest service
  • Deep knowledge of wine, champagne, beverage operations, stock control, revenue reconciliation, and POS systems
  • Flexible and dependable, embracing a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Full Australian working rights
