AS BREAKFAST FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR, YOU’LL LEAD THE DELIVERY OF A HIGH-QUALITY BREAKFAST OPERATION, SETTING THE TONE FOR THE GUEST JOURNEY EACH DAY. WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER, YOU’LL SUPERVISE A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE HOTEL’S F&B OFFERING, BALANCING HANDS-ON SERVICE LEADERSHIP WITH THE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS THAT UNDERPIN GREAT PERFORMANCE.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of a high-quality breakfast operation
Supervise a significant part of the hotel’s F&B offering
Balance hands-on service leadership with operational standards
Take ownership for day-to-day breakfast service
Lead and motivate the team
Ensure brand standards are consistently met
Create a positive environment for guests and colleagues
Rota planning
Stock control
Manage service flow and quality
Run a well-organised, guest-focused operation
Play an active role in recruitment, training and development
Support team members to build confidence, capability and pride
Contribute to menu execution, health and safety compliance, inventory management and cost awareness
Drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Experience working in a food and beverage environment
Strong grasp of service standards and best practice
Confident supervising others
Clear communication
