Job Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards, ensuring a memorable and personalized dining experience
  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and correct delivery of all items
  • Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared in a clean and organized manner throughout service
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, responding promptly and professionally to all requests
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a high level of hospitality, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation of service areas and equipment
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred, ideally within a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to deliver high levels of service with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons service culture
