We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our food and beverage operations. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving bookings for events, group dining, catering, and other F&B offerings. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase food and beverage revenue
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, social events, and group dining
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, vendors, and partners
Coordinate with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution
Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing for clients
Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and meet or exceed revenue targets
Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Proven experience in food and beverage sales, hospitality sales, or event sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
