Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and proactive Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all F&B departments optimising the highest standards of product and service whilst maximising profitability

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage and train the food and beverage team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance
  • Maintain an inventory of food and beverage supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Work closely with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a variety of options and high-quality offerings
  • Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a positive resolution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee financial aspects of the food and beverage department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Manage restaurant bookings and inquiries, ensuring optimal utilization of resources

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 or above
