The McArthur's Food and Beverage Manager directs and administers sales of food and beverage in restaurants and lounge at the Arizona Biltmore, a luxury resort.
Job Responsibility:
Hire, train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in food & beverage operations
Communicate effectively to provide clear direction to the staff
Assign and instruct Beverage staff in details of work
Observe performance and encourage improvement
Field customer complaints and choose effective solutions
Develop and implement basic operating standards for Food & Beverage service
Maximize department profitability
Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
Monitor the Outlet’s budget
Ensure par stock levels are maintained
Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation
Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancement measures
Maintain established inventory by ordering all liquor and supplies
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent
At least two (2) years of food and beverage leadership experience
