Job Description

At Stradom House, Autograph Collection, we are searching for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate our entire Food & Beverage operations. You will lead a dynamic team across our diverse outlets, Gaia Mediterranean, Hedwig Bar, Bakehouse14 Café, SOL Smoothie Bar, and Stradomska 12, as well as curate exceptional experiences for our events and banquets. The role requires a leader who blends operational excellence with creativity, ensuring our guests enjoy authentic, memorable dining experiences in every venue.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and events, maintaining Marriott brand standards and local flair
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse F&B team to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial targets
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to design innovative menus, seasonal concepts, and beverage programs
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback channels and continuously implement improvements
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability
  • Interview, reference and hire team on ongoing basis
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive F&B marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Represent F&B leadership in hotel management meetings and cross-departmental initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B leadership, preferably within luxury or lifestyle hotels
  • Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to balance guest experience, quality, and profitability
  • Fluent English required
  • knowledge of Polish is an advantage
  • Flexible, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
