You will manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences at The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
  • Put staff in a position to truly inspire and make a difference
  • Help out a server, run food, bus a table when the restaurant is busy
  • Ensure guests are departing with smiles, remembering the experience they just had
  • Ensure staff has the support and confidence they need to perform at an unparalleled level

Requirements:

  • Decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader
  • Superior time management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • History of leading large teams and getting clear results
  • Diplomatic, a real problem solver, works well under pressure
  • Highly advanced understanding of food, beverage, and luxury service
  • Passion for both food and beverage
  • Several years previous experience in hotel restaurants
  • May have worked in Michelin Star or James Beard Award winning restaurants
  • Knows what luxury is and how to train others to provide that level of service
  • Passion for the business side of the industry and enjoys managing for financial results
