Job Responsibility:
Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars/Lounge/Members Bar, Room Service and Banquets/Catering
Oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies
Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives
Ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department
Developing and Maintaining Budgets
Leading Food and Beverage Team
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Eligible to work in the UK
Knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
