Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards across all food and beverage areas, managing a motivated team, and delivering a seamless experience for every guest. From planning staffing rotas and overseeing compliance to driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, this is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel’s bars, restaurant, and banqueting facilities
  • Leading, training, and motivating the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service
  • Planning and managing staffing rotas to meet business needs
  • Maintaining compliance with licensing laws, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Coordinating with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service during weddings and functions
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
  • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial performance monitoring
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing food and beverage operations in a hotel setting
  • A confident communicator and team leader
