Job Description:

As the Food Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating the Food and Beverage Team to provide great quality service to all of our guests and excel in meeting the hotels targets and goals

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervision and Employee Relations: Working closely with the F&B supervisors, you will oversee the F&B team and the daily operations, motivating and coaching the all the individuals in providing an extraordinary experience for our guests
  • Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with various inhouse teams, including kitchen, reception, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Data Management: With your exceptional data analysis and report writing skills, you will be able to highlight trends around profit, targets and overall customer satisfaction
  • Compliance: In line with legislation and the hotels policies and procedures, you will understand, implement and deliver the highest standards of legal compliance to your team with regards to food safety, food hygiene and food allergens
  • External Relationships: you will build and maintain external relationships with suppliers and competitors to monitor and research best prices, produce and product at the best price allowing you to continuously improve our already exceptional dining experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant / Bar Manager, preferably within a hotel enviornment
  • Exceptional written and verbal cmmunciation skills
  • Show drive and passion in coachign and developing your team
  • Demonstrate a "can do" and customer focused attitude with the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Have the ability to plan, priorities and excel in a fast pased enviornment
  • Be lhighly literate in Computer technology with the ability to write reports and manage and analyse data
