Food and Beverage Manager

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team in daily operations
• Supervise restaurant, bar and conferencing activities to ensure seamless service
• Assist with recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of team members, ensuring compliance with brand standards and mandatory learning requirements
• Coach, train and develop team members
• Assist with rostering, stock control and operational planning
• Deliver prompt, professional and friendly service to all guests
• Promote menu items and maximise sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling
• Ensure accurate order taking, guest billing and point of sale transactions
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards across all areas
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, WHS and company policies and procedures
• Coordinate the setup and pack-down of conference and function events
• Promote Accor's Heartist culture to create memorable guest experiences

Valid Australian RSA. Approved Manager Licence (RMLV). Previous Food & Beverage management experience preferred. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences. Strong financial acumen and cost control to drive commercial performance. Solid understanding of food and beverage operations.
