As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of all outlets - restaurant, bars, banquets, gaming lounge and in-room dining - ensuring every service feels refined, seamless and unmistakably Sofitel. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this role is designed for a commercially minded F&B leader ready to step into a multi-outlet leadership position within a luxury hotel environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the operational delivery of all Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel
Translate the hotel’s F&B vision into consistent, high-quality guest experiences, that reflect Sofitel’s art of hospitality
Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Manager to ensure menus, service and execution align with Sofitel standards
Drive service culture, engagement and performance across a large and diverse team
Coach and develop F&B leaders and supervisors to build strong capability and future successors
Analyse market trends, competitor insights, and guest feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance experiences
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that promote the hotel’s Food and Beverage experience and elevate brand visibility
Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety and licensing regulations
Build lasting relationships with suppliers, artisans, and industry partners to strengthen our culinary identity
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment
Strong understanding of multi-outlet operations, banquets and high-volume service
A natural leadership style that builds engagement, accountability and pride
Commercial acumen with experience managing labour, stock, revenue and service performance
Confidence leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
A passion for luxury service, food & wine and guest experience
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills
