We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager – All Day Dining to lead one of the most important and high-profile concepts within the Rixos brand. This is a flagship operation with large guest volumes, extended operating hours and significant brand visibility, requiring a strong operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-capacity environments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead one of the most important and high-profile concepts within the Rixos brand
Responsible for the overall performance of the All Day Dining operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, safety and guest experience
Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for service culture, professionalism and team engagement
Ensure all Rixos policies, SOPs and legal requirements are fully implemented and adhered to
Oversee daily operations, quality control and guest satisfaction, proactively handling feedback and complaints
Ensure the outlet is fully prepared to manage high volumes throughout the day, with strong systems, clear procedures and well-trained teams
Coach, train and develop a large teams, ensure regular appraisals and performance conversations are conducted, support succession planning and address performance or disciplinary matters
Ensure rosters, leave planning and staffing levels are aligned with occupancy, budgets and operational demands
Manage departmental budgets, control costs, minimise wastage and breakages, oversee stock control and inventories, and contribute to pricing strategies and menu optimisation
Ensure all equipment, facilities and work areas are maintained to the highest standards, with a strong focus on health, safety and environmental compliance
Stay informed of local market trends and competition, bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience, and contribute operational insights to the wider hotel leadership team
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a high-volume hotel or resort operation
Proven leadership of large teams and multiple service periods
Strong understanding of international luxury or lifestyle brand standards and their practical application
Demonstrated experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management
Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
Ability to analyse operational data and translate it into action
High level of organisation, resilience and attention to detail
Knowledge of Vietnamese law, health & safety and food safety regulations
Experience working in multicultural, international teams within the Vietnamese hospitality market is a strong advantage
English fluency required
Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage
