Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager – All Day Dining to lead one of the most important and high-profile concepts within the Rixos brand. This is a flagship operation with large guest volumes, extended operating hours and significant brand visibility, requiring a strong operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-capacity environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead one of the most important and high-profile concepts within the Rixos brand
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the All Day Dining operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, safety and guest experience
  • Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for service culture, professionalism and team engagement
  • Ensure all Rixos policies, SOPs and legal requirements are fully implemented and adhered to
  • Oversee daily operations, quality control and guest satisfaction, proactively handling feedback and complaints
  • Ensure the outlet is fully prepared to manage high volumes throughout the day, with strong systems, clear procedures and well-trained teams
  • Coach, train and develop a large teams, ensure regular appraisals and performance conversations are conducted, support succession planning and address performance or disciplinary matters
  • Ensure rosters, leave planning and staffing levels are aligned with occupancy, budgets and operational demands
  • Manage departmental budgets, control costs, minimise wastage and breakages, oversee stock control and inventories, and contribute to pricing strategies and menu optimisation
  • Ensure all equipment, facilities and work areas are maintained to the highest standards, with a strong focus on health, safety and environmental compliance
  • Stay informed of local market trends and competition, bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience, and contribute operational insights to the wider hotel leadership team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a high-volume hotel or resort operation
  • Proven leadership of large teams and multiple service periods
  • Strong understanding of international luxury or lifestyle brand standards and their practical application
  • Demonstrated experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management
  • Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
  • Ability to analyse operational data and translate it into action
  • High level of organisation, resilience and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese law, health & safety and food safety regulations
  • Experience working in multicultural, international teams within the Vietnamese hospitality market is a strong advantage
  • English fluency required
  • Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage
