Job Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop hospitality expertise within a luxury environment, gaining hands-on exposure to service excellence, guest engagement, and luxury hotel operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the F&B team in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner
  • Learn and consistently apply Marriott International and Luxury Collection service standards
  • Assist with outlet setup and breakdown, including mise en place and table preparations
  • Support food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Develop knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, and local culinary experiences to confidently engage with guests

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At good knowledge of Italian and English
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
