POSITION: Food and Beverage Intern. DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage. REPORTS TO: Veronica Quintero, William Westfield, Victor Starkweather and Ken Stewart. FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt. Job Responsibility

  • Support the food and beverage team in daily operations
  • Learn and follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standard of food quality and safety
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests in dining areas and concession stands
  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
  • Strong passion for food and beverage service with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
