Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guests at Riva Restaurant and Pool with exceptional dining and poolside service and support the members and leaders of the Riva team in the daily F&B operation
  • Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
  • Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
  • Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
  • Assist in the role of Server, Server Assistant, and Host/ess as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate/graduate school
  • Minimum three months of experience in hospitality or related industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and systems
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and desire to be the best
