Job Description:

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Agent at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay involves working onsite to maintain the cleanliness and quality standards of the food and beverage area. The role includes duties such as closing duties, stocking, maintaining work areas, interacting positively with guests and team members, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
inspect the cleanliness and presentation of tableware
maintain cleanliness of work areas
follow company and safety policies
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
complete safety training and certifications
ensure professional appearance and confidentiality
engage positively with guests and team members
ensure adherence to quality standards
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
handle physical tasks up to 50 pounds
move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
perform other job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
eligibility for individuals with working rights in Fiji.
