Job Description

Working across our 3 food and beverage venues, focusing mainly on the Cyder Bar and supporting at Estate events, our baristas play a vital role in ensuring each and every one of our visitors has a memorable day with us. A passion for excellent customer service and a desire to grow your own skills are paramount. Whilst coffee or food and beverage experience is needed, additional training will also be offered.

Job Responsibility

  • Working across our 3 food and beverage venues, focusing mainly on the Cyder Bar and supporting at Estate events

Requirements

  • Previous strong barista experience is beneficial
  • Willingness to develop, grown and keep up with the demands of our developing business
  • Confident in service and feels comfortable leading
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great time management and self-motivated
  • Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
  • Basic computer skills
