Responsible for providing guests with a satisfying breakfast experience by maintaining a well-stocked and clean buffet, providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with any needs.
Job Responsibility:
Set up buffet station with hot and cold items
including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods
Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards
Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment
Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
Ensure the work area is clean and organized
Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary
Ensure equipment is properly maintained
Always provides the highest quality of service to guests
Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment
Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds
Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked
