Job Description:

Food & Beverage Attendant for Events outlet at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. A food and beverage enthusiast who enjoys making others feel at home, building experience while entertaining and meeting people from all over the world.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
Warmly welcome & serve our guests
Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
Use of POS system
Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
Promoting safety and support WHS practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Nice to have:

Barista skills
Beverage knowledge
