Job Description

With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role. Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories. You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
  • Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties
  • Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required

Requirements

  • Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
  • Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience
  • Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
  • A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
