Job Description:

IKEA Sheffield is looking for Food and Beverage Assistants to join the Restaurant team. The role involves serving food, operating dishwashers, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Previous food and customer service experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Job Responsibility:

Operate dishwasher, serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food
provide customer-focused service by working together to create the best experience and exceed customer expectations every day
ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment
support colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment
maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements:

Previous food and customer service experience can be beneficial
ability to prioritise work in an extremely fast-paced environment, where heavy lifting is involved
be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team
a passion for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
